To All Support Staff

I am sure you are aware that the Government of Alberta announced Sunday, March 15, 2020 that Alberta schools and daycares have been closed indefinitely.

What that means, at least for now, is that students will NOT attend classes but staff will come to work as we sort through what happens next.

Again, we urge all staff to exercise caution if you are not well. Please remember to take the advice of health professionals and act accordingly. If you are ill, stay home and monitor your health. Go to 811 website for information and if you need to, call 811 for direction. Self-isolation will help reduce the spread of communicable diseases and risk to people who are high risk. Please contact Employee Health Services for more information regarding your situation if you have been directed to self-isolate or quarantine .

If you are well, please work your regular scheduled hours of work until advised otherwise.

We are working on what may happen for supply staff. Right now we have no answers, but will advise as soon as we have information to share.
